HOW TO ORDER
To enquire about availability and to confirm an order
To place an order for furniture please contact us by phone on 09 425 9845 or if you
prefer, email us at email@example.com.
We keep a large range of furniture in stock and will be able to tell you immediately if the items you
would like to buy are available and if not, when they will be in stock.
We can normally arrange delivery within a week if we have the items in stock and we usually
deliver our furniture ourselves rather than relying on couriers.
To confirm an order, you can pay a deposit of 10% using online banking.
Alternatively you can pay through PayPal with a small additional transaction fee of just 2%.
Once a delivery date has been confirmed, we ask that you pay the balance into our account the
day prior to delivery.
(Paying through PayPal is safe and simple and it means that you can use your existing credit card
to make the payment).
Delivery and Lead Times
Prices for delivery from Kaiwaka will be quoted by Oxley’s Furniture NZ at the time of ordering. Items of furniture held in stock at Kaiwaka will be delivered at the earliest convenience. Items in the Oxley’s Furniture NZ range but temporarily out of stock will have an approximate lead time of between 8 and 16 weeks. The precise time of delivery is not a condition of sale.
To purchase from the Oxley’s Furniture NZ range we require a 10% deposit at the time of ordering. The balance is payable prior to delivery. Special order items (those not listed in our current range) will require a 50% deposit. Customers are advised to check their orders carefully. Please note that deposits for special order items are not refundable without prior agreement with Oxley’s Furniture NZ.
